THE BIGGEST LITTLE PADDLE COMPANY THIS SIDE OF TEXAS

11-ZERO: ”WHERE SUPER PERFORMANCE MEETS SUPER CUTE”. 

It all started when Abby moved to Austin, Texas in Spring 2021. A former collegiate softball player, Abby wanted to get back out there, meet new people, put those dusted-off but not done-and-dusted athletic skills to solid use. One day she wandered across some pickleball courts, saw the seemingly perfect mix of casual fun and high-stakes sport and it was decided: pickleball looks fun!

But, everywhere she looked, the paddles were very masculine and the opposite of fun. Shades of black and gray, some weird big-chain-designed neon motif and worse, where the design was good, the quality and performance was lacking. 

Abby spent a year playing with different paddles, learning what materials made a ball pop, spin, and serve up perfectly smooth-like. When she couldn’t buy the paddle she wanted — to play the way she wanted to play with a mix of performance and fun — she decided to design the perfect paddle she needed to compete and to look cute doing it. She did so carefully, with the best, highest-quality materials she could find, because when a paddle doesn’t spin a ball just-so, the play just isn’t there. She spent countless hours pouring over colors and designs, dialing up the whimsy and the playful because where’s the fun in black and gray?
